We move trees other people would cut down.
Queensland's tree relocation and arboriculture specialists. We lift mature trees out of the ground, roots and all, and set them down somewhere they can keep growing.
See if we can move it→Why destroy when you can preserve?

The 120 year old bottle tree
Estimated to date to the late 1800s. Relocated for New Acland Coal with Loughlin Crane Hire, so it can keep thriving for generations to come.

A grass tree, mid air
Older than the house it was shading. Up on the straps, root ball and all, and back in the ground before knock off.

Palms on the night run
Some trees travel after dark. Canary Island Palms strapped down and fuelled up, a few hundred kilometres from their new home.

Russell Clark. Level 3 arborist, tree relocation pioneer.
A passion for trees led to a legacy of preservation. From the Toowoomba years to the National Arboretum in Canberra, and every backyard job in between.
Our story→Can we move yours?
Most trees can be relocated. A few things decide it.
Size
Most trees are within range. Very small specimens can be too delicate, very large palms can outgrow the gear. Unsure? Send photos and measurements.
Root zone
We need one to two metres of clearance around the trunk to extract a healthy root ball. Too close to a wall or a slab gets difficult.
Access
Big machinery has to reach the tree. Underground services and overhead power lines get assessed before anything is dug.
Distance
We work within three to four hours of our home base in Withcott, near Toowoomba. Outside that, get in touch anyway and we will point you the right way.
Got a tree that needs moving?
Send us the details and a few photos. If it can be moved, we will tell you how. If it cannot, we will tell you that too.
